First Responder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

WORKING THROUGH STRESS AND TRAUMA THROUGH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

OUR IOP

This IOP was created for First Responders

United Phoenix Fire Fighter Charities in partnership with PSCS created intensive outpatient program that would be able to accommodate the unique culture of Police and Fire using grant funds from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. This treatment program was designed  by those who have worked in the field and by the clinicians who specialize in serving this population. This program will accommodate the unique demands these professionals face and their shift schedules offering in person and teletherapy options for attendance to all public safety professionals in the State of Arizona.

We understand the culture of First Responders

Most of our staff have worked as first responders. Our therapists have treated Officers and Firefighters and truly understand the challenges that are faced.
The goal of the program is to address trauma, cumulative stress and recovery while strengthening your resilience and coping skills to combat the demands for public safety professionals.

The Schedule is tailored to fit your work schedule

Offered 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays. If you need to flex days our staff can work with you to create a custom schedule to fit your needs.
